Join our client's team as a Creative Lead, partnering with the Creative Director to uphold high creative standards. You’ll shape the visual direction, mentor designers, and bridge the gap between creative, project management, and client teams. With hands-on involvement, you'll guide the design team while ensuring consistency with the brand, while contributing to client briefings, presentations, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Creative Collaboration: Shape creative direction in client kick-offs and briefings; present concepts, including storyboards and visuals.
- Mentorship & Team Support: Lead and mentor the design team, offering feedback on brand consistency, design quality, and best practices.
- Asset Management: Oversee and maintain reusable design assets, templates, and tools to improve efficiency.
- Creative Quality: Ensure designs are on-brand, client-ready, and visually compelling. Collaborate on quality benchmarks and final reviews.
- Innovation: Explore and share new creative tools, processes, and ideas to enhance design production and storytelling.
