Our client is a globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brand operating across multiple iconic labels within the footwear and apparel space. They're hiring a Freelance Midweight Digital Designer to sit within their EMEA eCommerce team, with a primary focus on CRM, email design and wider digital campaign execution. This is a multi-brand role — fast-paced, detail-driven and with real scope to influence how world‑class brands show up in the inbox and online.
What you’ll be doing:
- Day-to-day creation of email creative and website assets across multiple brands
- Designing high‑performing, responsive email templates — BAU and campaign
- Creating Figma designs ready for developer handoff, including responsive and mobile‑first builds
- Supporting A/B testing, personalisation initiatives and connected user experience
- Working closely with CRM, content, web development and marketing teams
- QA of web builds to ensure design standards and UX are upheld
- Feeding into new concepts, brand initiatives and long‑term design projects
What we’re looking for:
- Confident midweight designer or senior with strong CRM and email design experience
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills — Photoshop essential, animation a bonus
- An eCommerce experience — fashion, lifestyle or retail brands preferred
- HTML/CSS understanding to a level — comfortable collaborating directly with developers
- A good understanding of customer journeys and UX best practice
- Mobile‑first mindset with sharp attention to detail and a strong eye for layout and typography
- Able to work across multiple brands simultaneously, self‑manage and hit deadlines
Not suitable for:
- Print only Designers or art directors with a lack of UI/UX and performance experience
- Anyone who needs heavy briefing or hand‑holding in a fast‑paced environment
