A top creative agency specialising in beauty, fragrance and wellness needs a Midweight Designer onsite/hybrid in the West London area. A really nice mix of creative artwork and creative design. You'll be producing upload-ready packaging artwork, image files, digital banners, and supporting brand identity projects for UK and US clients.

What makes this interesting:

  • You'll be working directly with two senior designers and the account team in a creative, friendly office.
  • It's a small creative team, so you'll get exposure to varied projects from concept through to factory production.

This suits someone who's detail-focused, can manage their own workload, and doesn't need hand-holding. You'll need to hit the ground running.

What they're looking for:

  • Design experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical artwork skills (packaging, print-ready files, production processes)
  • Advanced Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Figma knowledge for digital assets
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be based within reasonable distance of West London

Onsite Hybrid working: 3–4 days per week (base of 3, flex to 4) 9:15am–5:45pm/6pm (flexible) 3–6 months initially (potential temp to perm).

This is a great one if you love the technical side of design as much as the creative side, and want to work somewhere that values detail and craft. Rarely find agency environments like this one - people-centric culture, genuinely lovely team, flexible start/finish times, and proper work-life balance. You'll work on amazing beauty clients, make a real impact, and actually enjoy the work. Worth applying for the culture alone.
