We are partnering with a creative product-led design agency, who specialise in design and manufacturing branded merchandise, virtual experiences, and custom products for global brands. They create standout products and installations that help brands connect with their audiences. They handle the end-to-end process, from creative ideation to sourcing, production, fulfilment, and global delivery. They have 2 exciting opportunities in their Account Management team: a Senior Account Manager and a Midweight Account Manager. Offices are in London and they work 4 days in office / 1 day remote.
Senior Account Manager Role
Looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the Corporate team and lead one of their key global clients. You’ll act as the primary client partner, driving revenue, nurturing relationships, and ensuring world-class delivery across every brief. You'll work closely with the creative, sourcing, production, and logistics teams to bring ideas to life. This is a fast-paced, hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong commercial skills, creative thinking, and exceptional communication.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive revenue growth and help shape annual sales targets with the Head of Sales.
- Lead the commercial strategy for the account: forecasting, budgeting, pitching.
- Win new opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and re-engaging past clients.
- Proactively grow existing business through relationship building and creative pitching.
- Manage the full project lifecycle—from briefing, estimates to timelines, budgets, and delivery.
- Work across projects of all sizes, from quick-turn requests to large bespoke creations.
- Coordinate internal teams to keep work on track.
- Maintain full visibility over all live briefs, deadlines, and resource needs.
- Respond to inbound enquiries and deliver clear, consistent communication.
- Use your expertise to guide early concept development and support creative decision-making.
- Bring new ideas, technologies, and inspiration to the team.
- Use CRM (Hubspot) and inventory systems (Unleashed).
About You
- 5+ years managing high-profile accounts in creative, experiential, or production-led agencies.
- Strong commercial instincts with confidence in forecasting, pricing, and negotiation.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and quality.
- Energetic, proactive, and people-focused, with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Able to work at pace, juggling multiple deadlines with a positive, hands-on attitude.
- Team-focused, adaptable, and eager to grow into more senior roles over time.
- Strong understanding of consumer markets and brand environments.
Midweight Account Manager Role
Looking for an Account Manager to join the Corporate team and cultivate great relationships with both existing and new clients. Work in close tandem with a senior key account manager and also have your own book of clients in a dedicated vertical in which to build and develop. You will be the primary contact for your clients and act as the conduit between creative, production, and shipping teams. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent project and client management skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be accountable for your projects: from briefing in concept decks, estimating product costs, tracking budgets, sourcing, managing client expectations, and overseeing the product.
- Projects may range from size and creativity, from very small quick orders to larger bespoke creations. You will be responsible for managing all the work streams to produce the final deliverable(s).
- Work with the Senior Key Account Manager and collaborate on all aspects of the accounts.
- Be the go-to person for all status-related information.
- Answer briefs and inbound sales inquiries with consistent communication.
- Use your experience and knowledge to be a key decision maker on projects and offer valuable experience and insight during early concept work.
- Consistently inspire colleagues with concepts/ideas/technologies that can also be considered to enhance our work.
- Extensive use of CRM tool (Monday) and our inventory tool Unleashed.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales or marketing, client-facing role.
- Have a sales and 'people' driven approach.
- Confident, practical, and demonstrating a good understanding of consumer markets.
- Be great at working within a team and have a ‘hands-on’ and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Be looking to grow in the role, building towards more senior positions in time.
