We’re partnering with a renowned global branding agency that is expanding its digital offering following a period of significant growth. They are now seeking an experienced Account Director to join their Client Services team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

The Role

As Account Director, you will bring strong brand strategy leadership across premium accounts and complex, multi‑discipline projects spanning branding, communications, and product development. You’ll work closely with clients on high‑impact initiatives, including:

  • Developing new products, brands, or services
  • Evolving brand perception and reputation
  • Entering new markets or categories
  • Building and inspiring high‑performing integrated teams

You will lead key accounts, ensure seamless delivery across multiple workstreams, and strengthen existing client relationships. A central part of the role will be identifying opportunities for growth and partnering with senior leadership to shape and develop them. You will also contribute to pitches and new business efforts, and support other accounts when required.

What You Bring

You have a proven track record in:

  • Selling in creative ideas and guiding strategic brand development
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and high‑pressure client demands
  • Leading, coordinating, and inspiring multidisciplinary creative teams
  • Delivering exceptional client management on premium, complex branding projects

A sharp eye for detail, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at pace are essential. You’ll be an engaging communicator, a collaborative partner, and a confident creative leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage at least two major accounts with multiple workstreams
  • Deliver outstanding client service, spotting and developing opportunities for account growth
  • Lead day‑to‑day project management, ensuring timelines, detail, and quality are met
  • Oversee all financial tracking and resource management to maintain profitability
  • Collaborate closely with design, strategy, and editorial teams, while managing upwards to senior leadership
