Recruitment Manager at Creative Recruitment
We have partnered with a rapidly growing sports and wellness brand specialising in innovative wellness products across the UK and Europe. They have a really exciting opportunity for a Senior Art Director to join their inhouse design team. Their offices are in London and they work to a hybrid model.
About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Senior Art Director to take ownership of the brands identity across all touchpoints to include, website design, UI design, marketing graphics, packaging design and digital & social media campaigns. This role offers high autonomy, significant creative influence and the chance to shape the aesthetic direction of a leading fitness and wellness brand. You will report directly to the company founders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve and strengthen our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute impactful design projects using Figma and the Adobe Suite, ensuring engaging content across web, email and social channels
- Develop and refine the brand identity to align with business growth and upcoming product launches
- Collaborate with marketing, product development and sales teams to deliver cohesive designs for static adverts, organic social posts and packaging
- Shape the overall design architecture strategy to amplify brand impact and ensure UX/UI coherence
- Guide and consult internal teams to champion brand consistency and excellence in digital presentation
Requirements and Skills
- Strong retail experience with ecommerce or premium consumer brands
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating digital design skills and brand evolution projects
- Proven ability to manage design projects from conception through to final execution
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Professional experience using Figma
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Right to work in the UK
