Job Description

Our client is a Photography Studio seeking a dynamic, highly organised Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our leading photography studio. You’ll drive sales, manage a talented team, ensure smooth workflows, and maintain a seamless client experience across all areas of the business.

Location: Primarily WFH but access to London office

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

  • Track and analyse sales to drive growth.
  • Monitor marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in creating custom photo packages for potential clients.

Team & Studio Management:

  • Manage and support the team, ensuring efficiency across all departments.
  • Maintain a professional and high-standard studio environment.
  • Oversee finances, budgets, and cost efficiencies.
  • Hire, train, and develop team members as needed.

Client & Photographer Relations:

  • Address client complaints and queries to ensure high service standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee scheduling and workflow optimisation.

Quality Control & Compliance:

  • Ensure all photographs meet high-quality editing and delivery standards.
  • Oversee timely image delivery and efficient payment systems.
  • Maintain a reputation of excellence through client reviews and feedback.

Legal & Operational Oversight:

  • Prevent unauthorised use of photography and handle any misuse issues.
  • Determine pricing based on market trends.
  • Continuously assess and improve operational efficiency.
