Our client is a leader in beauty and fashion and they are on the lookout for a CRM Manager to join their marketing team. This role focuses on driving CRM strategies across their premium Niche Brands. If you have a strategic mindset, a data-driven approach, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences, this is your chance to make an impact!
What You’ll Do:
- Adapt and implement global CRM strategies for the UK market
- Develop and execute CRM plans in collaboration with brand and retail teams
- Drive consumer engagement, retention, and personalized journeys
- Lead CRM transformation, ensuring seamless communication across local & global teams
- Deliver training & coaching to retail teams, ensuring best practices are in place
- Analyze data, generate insights, and optimize CRM performance for continued growth
- Champion CRM adoption & innovation across all business touchpoints
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven expertise in CRM strategy & implementation
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to translate insights into action
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills – able to engage all stakeholders
