The Role:
My client is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Influencer Specialist to manage end to end influencer campaigns that align with the brands goals and drive engagement with a particular focus on ongoing relationship management.
You will:
• Create concepts for influencer campaigns in collaboration with the creative and social teams, ensuring concepts are aligned to the overall brand strategy
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure content and activity briefs are shared, empowering teams to deliver regionally relevant content while feeding into global direction
• Execute influencer campaigns from start to finish, leading negotiations on budgets and deliverables, ensuring content is briefed in line with agreed brand and campaign strategy and content delivery is managed in line with contracted agreements
• Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including payment terms and deliverables
• Create campaign level reports to assess performance for influencer activity, reporting on key objectives and providing commentary to drive action across wider teams
• Proactively build on the favourable reputation of the brand to ensure a strong, transparent and collaborative relationship with content creators and agencies
• Act as a brand guardian and ensure all activations adhere to brand guidelines, and tone of voice and brand positioning is upheld across all content
Skills and Experience:
• Pro-active and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared results
• Established relationships with content creators and agencies
• Experience working cross market a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Must have proven track record of creating engaging influencer content
• Commercial experience working within an influencer marketing role (ideally for a well known brand)
• Experience working with fashion, retail or beauty business
170 to 200 per day, weekly pay.
Flexi remote London.
Inside IR35 – Umbrella will be required.
Ongoing, with no set end date, 5 days per week.
