Our client is a leading global beauty brand currently looking for a freelance senior visual merchandising project manager to join their luxury division team on a long term rolling contract. This position is inside IR35.
Day Rate: £300-350
Hybrid working: offices in London
THE ROLE
Looking for a VM Project Manager with previous experience in the Prestige Beauty industry at a Senior Visual Merchandising / Store design Manager level. This position reports to the Head of Merchandising. You will be responsible for developing the in-store design excellence for the luxury division working on some great brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Visual Merchandising Project Manager role requires both project management skills and creative skills, with an eye for Beauty executions.
- This role takes place in a multi-functional environment.
- This role requires frequent interactions both in-house (with the multi-functional team) and externally (with agencies, suppliers) and with market teams.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, pushing global guidelines where possible.
- Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas to the wider team.
- Amend final designs to global comments and gain full approval.
- Manage projects within the agreed deadlines and budget constraints.
