We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our client's marketing initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help bring their brand to life across a variety of channels and formats.
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with broader strategic goals and deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Drive and manage multi-channel campaigns — from planning and content creation to execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, web, and leadership) to deliver campaigns, produce engaging content, and manage our social media presence, including video and case study promotion.
- Produce a variety of marketing materials — including thought leadership articles, social content, and visual assets — to support brand awareness and lead generation.
- Work with the leadership team to develop and deliver a robust content strategy and calendar.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, using insights to refine marketing activity.
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimise website performance, focusing on traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Support business development efforts by creating compelling pitch content, case studies, and marketing decks.
- Manage the events calendar, identifying high-value networking and industry events in London.
- Coordinate resources in partnership with the studio manager to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
You’ve worked in an agency setting and understand how great marketing can generate commercial impact.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns (digital + traditional).
- Strong background in content creation and social media management.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and performance optimisation.
- A data-driven mindset — you understand how to extract and apply insights to improve performance.
