Job Description

Creative Manager – wholesale products like toys, homeware

Location: Essex (5 days in office, free parking)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 36.25 hours per week

Our client is an importer and wholesale distributor of everyday value products. Their extensive range includes toys, games, gifts, and homeware. They source and supply high-quality products to their clients.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Manager to oversee the design process from concept to completion. Leading a team of designers and artworkers, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative solutions that meet project specifications and align with the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the design and artwork teams to produce high-quality work.
  • Oversee the design process to ensure timely and high-standard output.
  • Enhance design workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant legislation, standards, and best practices.
  • Maintain and develop the company's corporate identity, keeping branding fresh and relevant.
  • Coordinate artwork and design projects with key stakeholders.
