Job Description

Senior Graphic Designer

Salary: Up to £48k (dependent on experience)

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in office / 3 days remote)

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our client's Creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will lead the development of bold, impactful brand identities and campaigns for some of the most influential names in sport and fitness.

The Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, transforming insights into distinctive visual design across digital and physical platforms. You’ll set the standard for creative excellence, mentor junior designers, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver campaigns that resonate globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand identities, campaign creative, and design systems for global sports audiences.
  • Lead visual direction across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and design excellence.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, filmmakers, strategists, and other creatives to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Present creative concepts to clients, building trust through design expertise and clear communication.
  • Mentor junior team members and oversee freelance design resource when required.
  • Stay ahead of creative and technological trends in branding and design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ professional design experience, ideally in a sports or agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual identity, and campaign design expertise.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and AI-assisted design tools.
  • Strong understanding of sports culture and ability to design for global audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
