Our client is a growing fashion brand, making waves in the industry. They are looking for a Lead Creative to join a tight-knit creative team that values self-expression, collaboration, and authenticity. If you thrive on bringing brands to life through visual storytelling, this could be your dream role. Their studio is based near the Bristol, Gloucestershire area and they work 5 days per week in the office.

We’re looking for a versatile, creative force to help lead the brand storytelling across all channels. As our Creative Lead you will report into the Creative Director and take the reins on concepting, producing, and executing engaging campaigns that reflect our community-led, playful ethos. From mood boarding and wireframes to art directing shoots, e-com UI design and producing digital content - you’ll work end-to-end across the creative process, often getting hands-on and sometimes managing collaborators. You’ll also help ensure brand consistency across our Shopify store and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Concepting: Create and develop concepts for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
  • Design & Direction: Build creative mood boards, wireframes, and digital assets. Guide the look and feel across all touchpoints.
  • Content Production: Art direct photoshoots and video shoots (or brief/manage creators), ensuring authentic, high-quality output.
  • Digital Execution: Integrate content into Shopify and email campaigns, ensuring polished final outputs.
  • Social Media Creativity: Drive our visual identity on Instagram, TikTok, events and more - keeping things fresh, relevant and on-brand.
  • Brand Consistency: Help maintain and evolve the Goose & Gander tone and style across all creative expressions.
  • Trend Awareness: Keep your finger on the pulse of social, digital, and fashion culture, bringing fresh thinking to the team.

What You'll Bring

  • A creative portfolio that shows flair across art direction, photo, video, design, and storytelling.
  • Proven experience in fashion, e-comm, retail, or lifestyle brands, either in-house or agency.
  • Strong visual design skills with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools).
  • Experience directing or producing photoshoots and video content.
  • Good grasp of social media trends, especially TikTok & Instagram.
  • Ability to translate brand values into engaging, human content.
  • Comfortable briefing freelancers or external collaborators.
  • Experience with Shopify and/or content CMS platforms.
