The Role

We’re looking for a talented designer who will take ownership across multiple categories, working closely with Buying and Product Development teams to ensure collections are trend-led, commercial, and aligned with the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design direction across chosen categories
  • Collaborate with Buyers to interpret sales data into improved bestsellers and innovative new styles
  • Present concepts at range build and sign-off meetings
  • Design product that reflects seasonal trends and commercial opportunities
  • Ensure quality and fit standards are upheld throughout the design process
  • Support senior design team members and mentor junior designers where needed
  • Drive newness through regular comp shops and research
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and understand their capabilities
  • Deliver accurate spec packs and manage development follow-ups with suppliers

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • 4+ years of retail footwear design experience
  • Strong Adobe Illustrator, CAD, and Photoshop skills
  • Deep knowledge of footwear construction, fit, materials, and last development
  • Commercial eye and experience working with sales data
  • Understanding of sourcing and supplier strengths
