Job Title: Retoucher – Contract (Hybrid – Warwickshire)
Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: 30 per hour
Job Description
We’re hiring a Retoucher to join a renowned creative team working on high-end visuals for one of the world’s most recognisable automotive brands.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in retouching, Photoshop, and compositing, who can bring 3D renders and photographic assets to life across global campaigns and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine 3D CGI renders with colour correction, special effects, and advanced compositing
- Seamlessly blend CGI and photographic elements using photo-bashing techniques
- Clean and retouch photography: dust busting, lens correction, skin/surface clean-up
- Convert 32-bit outputs into 16-bit/8-bit final assets without compromising quality
- Collaborate with art directors to interpret briefs and uphold brand visual standards
- Organise asset libraries, version control, and efficient file management
- Strong experience in CGI retouching (not just traditional photo retouching)
- Experience with render passes, Cryptomattes, and CGI production workflows
- Understanding of photographic lighting and composition
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality retouched assets from renders
