Freelance Senior Digital Designer – CRM (Fashion/Lifestyle Brand)

Location: London-based, hybrid (1–2 days per week in-office)

Contract: 6 months

Day Rate: £300 per day - Inside IR35

Our client, a global fashion and lifestyle brand within a major sneaker group, is hiring a freelance Senior Digital Designer to focus on CRM and digital campaign design.

You will be responsible for designing high-performing emails and supporting wider digital experiences across the customer journey. This is a great fit for someone with a strong digital portfolio in fashion or lifestyle sectors and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Requirements:

  • Senior or confident midweight designer with CRM/email experience
  • Strong digital design background in eCommerce environments
  • Highly proficient in Figma and confident creating responsive, mobile-first design
  • KPI-driven with a strategic understanding of customer journeys
  • Experience across fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands
  • Confident leading on decks, design flows, and campaign execution
