The Role

This position is ideal for someone with tech agency experience. You’ll be solutions-focused, client-driven, and comfortable leading high-profile projects from concept through to delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, confidently managing client conversations
  • Take full ownership of projects — from scoping and scheduling to delivery and reporting
  • Brief designers, content writers, and other creatives to ensure smooth workflows
  • Shape solutions that address client challenges and deliver measurable impact
  • Manage B2B marketing and communication projects, including high-visibility executive content such as keynotes and presentations
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Support commercial conversations, including statements of work and revenue-driven targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in project management, content, creative, or marketing roles
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, not just in a supporting role
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Experience working with or within enterprise technology businesses (Microsoft background highly desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and calmness under pressure
  • Understanding of how B2B communications, events, and creative campaigns operate
  • Experience in an agency or consultancy setting delivering to global clients
  • Interest in creative communications, design, and the potential role of AI in shaping workflows
