They are now looking for an experienced Content Lead to join their team and drive content excellence across a range of client projects.
About the Role
As Content Lead, you'll shape compelling narratives across a variety of content types — with a particular focus on presentations and visual-first formats — while working closely with clients, including senior executives and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of B2B content from concept to delivery, across formats such as presentations, scripts, speeches, and long-form documents.
- Shape briefs through direct conversations with clients — often without formal documentation.
- Craft clear, compelling narratives from complex or technical information.
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops to define messaging and direction.
- Oversee messaging and content strategy across projects and accounts.
- Operate autonomously to manage timelines, quality, and delivery expectations.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years' experience in B2B content, marketing, or executive communications.
- Strong storytelling ability, especially for presentation and visual-led formats.
- Excellent writing, editing, and structuring skills across various content types.
- Proven ability to translate complex ideas into engaging, audience-appropriate content.
- Skilled at working directly with clients to uncover needs and shape solutions.
- Comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders and facilitating collaborative sessions.
- Highly proactive, articulate, and self-directed.
- Track record of owning content development from messaging through to delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing for enterprise tech brands or within B2B SaaS environments.
- Background in agency or consultancy settings working with global clients.
- Exposure to executive-level communications such as keynotes, speeches, and high-impact internal content.
- Familiarity with tone-of-voice implementation at scale.
