Our client, a world-leading presentation and communication agency, is currently looking for a Content Lead to join their creative team. This agency specialize in the B2B sector, they cater to a wide range of businesses, from innovative start-ups to established global enterprises. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful, purpose-driven presentations that drive meaningful results.
This position can be fully remote with occasional travel to the HQ Office based in Leicester and client-site visits, welcoming candidates from anywhere in the UK with full rights to work in the UK.
Skills Required
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B content, marketing, or executive communications roles
- Strong storytelling ability, especially for presentations and other visual-first formats
- Excellent writing, editing, and structuring skills across multiple content types (slides, scripts, long-form documents, etc.)
- Comfortable shaping a brief through direct client conversations, rather than relying on formal documentation
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, including executives, and facilitating workshops to shape direction and outcomes
- Able to translate complex or technical topics into clear, audience-appropriate narratives
- Proactive, articulate, and self-directed — able to manage delivery independently
- Experience owning content development from early messaging to final delivery
- Experience writing for enterprise tech brands or within B2B SaaS environments
- Exposure to executive-level content such as speeches, keynotes, or high-profile internal communications
- Interest in how AI tools can support content development and creative workflows
- Familiarity with tone-of-voice application across large-scale content programmes
- Background in agency or consultancy settings with large, global clients
- Existing clearly defined and provable processes for storytelling
- Ability to set processes and standards for content creation in accounts
- Motivated to lead a content team and mentor others in their development
