Brand Design Planner – Contract (Hybrid) | Luxury Brand
We’re hiring for a Mid-Weight strategic creative contract roles with a world-class in-house brand team: A Brand Design Planner (Producer) to structure creative projects for seamless delivery across multidisciplinary teams
The role is contract-based, hybrid (2–3 days onsite in Warwickshire), Inside IR35, and run through to 31 March 2026. Must be local to the area and a driver.

You’ll manage the upfront structuring of brand design programmes, converting briefs into resourced, timed plans that guide creative delivery.
Must-have experience:
- Producer or planning experience across multidisciplinary creative teams
- Ability to turn strategy into actionable project frameworks
- Stakeholder communication and scheduling confidence
- Familiarity with Wrike, Workfront, or MS Project
