We're Hiring: Associate Creative Director

Sector: Financial Services / Banking

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite – 2 days remote)

Salary: Up to £80,000 + great benefits

An independent, integrated agency specialising in Financial Services is looking for a hands-on Associate Creative Director to lead standout campaigns across B2B and B2C accounts.

**This would suit someone who is a Senior Creative looking for a step up to an ACD or are an ACD in your current role **

What You'll Do:

  • Lead conceptual development across art direction and copy
  • Manage and mentor a small creative team
  • Work on premium banking and financial services brands
  • Contribute to pitches and creative leadership
  • Oversee delivery from ideas to final assets

What We're Looking For:

  • Hybrid thinker: strong in both art direction and copy (headline /strapline) (not design-focused)
  • Proven creative leadership (team management & pitching)
  • Agency background – ideally up to Snr or Assoc CD level
  • Financial services/banking experience a big plus
  • Strong across digital, social, and integrated campaigns
  • Confident, collaborative, strategic
