Associate Creative Conceptual Art Director / Senior Copywriter – Financial Services / Banking – Hybrid Central London
Salary: Up to £80,000 + benefits
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Independent integrated communications agency (focus Financial Services)
– Candidates must have experience in both Art Direction and Copywriting headlines
– Experience with Art Directing Conceptual Campaigns
– Preferable experience in Financial Services / banking brands
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead conceptual campaign development (copy & art direction)
– Oversee creative ideation to final asset delivery
– Manage and mentor a studio team of 3
– Work on B2B and B2C accounts (notably banking)
– Contribute to pitches and agency leadership
– Direct internal and freelance creatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Strong conceptual art direction background (not design-focused)
– Experience in writing headline Copy
– Experience in a concept team and managing creative teams
– Passion for high-quality, strategic creative work
– Agency experience to Senior or Associate CD level
– Experience with premium brands and ideally financial services
– Knowledge of integrated marketing, especially digital & social
– Confident presenter, strategic thinker, hands-on leader
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
