Creative Consultant at Creative Recruitment Limited
Salary: Up to Β£80,000 + benefits
Location: Central London (Hybrid β 3 days onsite)
Independent integrated communications agency (focus Financial Services)
β Candidates must have experience in both Art Direction and Copywriting headlines
β Experience with Art Directing Conceptual Campaigns
β Preferable experience in Financial Services / banking brands
Key Responsibilities:
β Oversee creative ideation to final asset delivery
β Manage and mentor a studio team of 3
β Work on B2B and B2C accounts (notably banking)
β Contribute to pitches and agency leadership
β Direct internal and freelance creatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
β Strong conceptual art direction background (not design-focused)
β Experience in writing headline Copy
β Experience in a concept team and managing creative teams
β Passion for high-quality, strategic creative work
β Agency experience to Senior or Associate CD level
β Experience with premium brands and ideally financial services
β Knowledge of integrated marketing, especially digital & social
β Confident presenter, strategic thinker, hands-on leader
β Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
β Β£80K salary + bonus
β 28 days holiday (including 3 for Christmas break)
β Hybrid working (TuesβThurs onsite)
