Leicester (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

A leading creative agency is seeking a Project Manager to support enterprise technology accounts in areas such as distribution, cybersecurity, and secure digital systems. The agency partners with global brands, delivering impactful communications through digital presentations, campaigns, and events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing projects from initial brief through to delivery
• Developing and overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resourcing plans
• Acting as the primary client contact, leading calls, reviews, and feedback rounds
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams including designers, content specialists, videographers, and freelancers
• Tracking hours, maintaining project trackers, and managing CRM systems
• Collaborating with internal teams to ideate and provide solutions

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong project planning and delivery experience
• A background in a creative agency environment
• Confidence using PM platforms (e.g. Scoro, Monday, Smartsheet)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and occasional out-of-hours communication

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with creative file types (PPT, Adobe Suite, digital platforms)
• Experience with branding, campaign, and design projects
• Exposure to enterprise or B2B clients
