Salary: £35,000 + benefits

Location: Leicester (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Our client is an award-winning creative agency that partners with some of the world’s biggest brands to deliver bold, impactful communications — from digital presentations and campaigns to videos and events. We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to join their team and take the lead on an exciting global client account.

About the Role

You’ll be at the centre of creative delivery — planning, coordinating, and managing projects from start to finish. Working closely with their talented designers, writers, and account leads, you’ll ensure every brief runs smoothly, every deadline is met, and every client is delighted with the final result.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and oversee multiple creative projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines stay on track.
• Coordinate resources across teams and manage project workflows.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, managing expectations and updates.
• Review deliverables to maintain the highest creative standards.
• Support with budgets, documentation, and project reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in project management within a creative or agency environment (essential).
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Familiarity with project management tools and creative workflows (Adobe Suite a plus).
