Our client is a fast-growing, creative agency that partners with leading global brands to deliver memorable and impactful branded gifting experiences. They work with a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients to create bespoke branded merchandise. They have an exciting opportunity for a European Business Development Manager to join the business during a period of growth and play a key role in expanding its presence across the UK and Europe. This position is based in London working 4 days in the office / 1 day remote.
The Role
As the European Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing your own portfolio of clients across the UK and European markets. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will develop targeted business development strategies, identify new opportunities and drive commercial growth from the ground up.
Acting as a trusted partner to your clients, you will manage relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle, collaborating closely with creative, project management, sourcing and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to winning and growing business.

You'll be an ambitious and entrepreneurial business developer with a proven track record of generating new business and building a successful client portfolio from scratch. You'll combine commercial drive with outstanding client management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
