Hello, I am the writer, producer, director, and screenwriter of a short film currently in development titled PRAƧIS, which I plan to submit to the BFI NETWORK Short Film Fund this February. It is a self-contained, festival-ready work designed to demonstrate my capabilities as a filmmaker. The project also functions as a proof of concept for a feature film currently in development, which I intend to submit to the main BFI fund next year.

BFI Creative Partnership Requirement
To meet BFI NETWORK guidelines, which encourage creative collaboration and do not permit applicants to hold multiple key creative roles simultaneously, I am seeking an England-based director to collaborate with on the application.

Development Status
The narrative structure, tone, character arcs and visual treatment - completed
The script - completed
The mood board - completed
The lead cast - assembled
Core crew confirmed (DoP, Gaffer, etc.)

Themes and Style
The film operates within a mode of action-inflected social realism, drawing on:
• Identity politics
• Immigration pressures
• Disability
• Gendered bias
Martial arts functions as both a symbolic and physical language, expressing resilience, discipline and connection.
