We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving client success, operational excellence, and team development. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our client operations—overseeing a portfolio of accounts while mentoring and developing a high-performing account management team. You’ll ensure service excellence, strengthen client partnerships, and identify opportunities for long-term growth.

  • Own and maintain accurate client data, health scores, and pipeline visibility.
  • Drive strategic account growth through relationship building, retention, and cross-selling.
  • Coach and develop Account Managers and Executives to deliver high-quality client communications.
  • Oversee support workflows, ensuring efficient triage, escalation handling, and SLA performance.
  • Establish and track performance metrics to improve service quality and team output.

Proven experience in account management or client services (tech, media, or managed services preferred). Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others. Highly organised with a track record of managing data accuracy and meeting SLAs. Flexible and willing to step up during peak periods.

Bonus: Experience mapping customer journeys in retail or restaurant environments.
