Are you a skilled AV Technician ready to bring high-impact visuals to life? We're on the lookout for an experienced, tech-savvy professional to join our Manchester-based team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional visual production for live, virtual, and hybrid events.
💼 What You’ll Do
As an AV Technician, you'll be at the heart of creating seamless event experiences, from initial setup to final execution. Responsibilities include:
- Rigging and operating high-end vision systems for a range of corporate and live events
- Leading teams of freelance technicians and ensuring professional delivery
- Communicating clearly with clients, suppliers, venue staff, and crew
- Maintaining and prepping AV equipment in the warehouse
- Supporting the Head of Vision with ongoing development and innovation in the department
- Assisting other technical departments when needed
- Driving and delivering equipment using company vehicles
🎯 What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a passion for precision and performance, and ideally:
- 2+ years of experience as an AV Technician, particularly in corporate events
- Hands-on experience with Barco Event Master, presentation switchers, modular LED screens, and Panasonic projectors
- Skilled in video playback, live streaming, and video communication tools
- A calm, capable presence under pressure, with a solution-focused mindset
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with excellent attention to detail
- A customer-first attitude and professional presentation
- A full UK Driving License and access to personal transport
