We are looking for a tried and tested AV commissioning engineer to join an engineering‑biased audio visual systems organisation. The role involves working within a busy team delivering solutions to the corporate/commercial market.
Key responsibilities:
- Commission presentation solutions such as screens and projectors.
- Commission audiovisual racks and videowall systems.
- Commission Cisco VC / Poly video‑conference systems, including signal distribution.
- Configure Crestron control systems.
- Work independently and communicate professionally with clients.
- Travel locally to London and sometimes further afield.
Required experience:
- At least 4 years of hands‑on commissioning experience.
- Proficiency with presentation solutions (screens, projector), audiovisual racks, video walls, signal distribution.
- Experience with Crestron control configuration, Cisco VC/Poly video conference systems.
- Knowledge of ClearOne, QSYS, QSC, Dante, Sound Web, DSP, Bi‑Amp, IP and basic AV systems programming desirable.
- Good installation or AV service background considered a plus.
Additional qualifications:
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be legally authorised to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
Location: The position is based in London, with occasional travel to other UK locations.
