We are looking for a responsible and experienced Printing Workers Supervisor to oversee daily workforce activities, monitor production operations, and ensure productivity, quality, and compliance with factory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate printing workers and daily production activities.
- Distribute tasks and monitor workforce productivity and attendance.
- Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
- Monitor printing operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with production management and other departments.
- Identify workflow issues and report operational problems.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and workplace regulations.
- Prepare daily workforce and production progress reports.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Previous experience supervising workers, preferably in a printing or packaging factory.
- Good understanding of printing and production processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers, organize shifts, and handle workplace challenges.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
