Responsibilities

  • Check and manage studio / warehouse stock on a regular basis
  • Prepare, pack, and label products for UK and international shipping
  • Ensure safe and professional packaging for: Direct-to-consumer orders; Gallery and museum deliveries
  • Coordinate deliveries and collections with galleries and institutional partners
  • Book shipments with courier services and manage delivery schedules
  • Deliver packed parcels to nearby courier drop-off points when required
  • Keep clear records of outgoing shipments and stock movement
  • Flag any issues related to stock, packaging, or logistics to the team
