Responsibilities
- Check and manage studio / warehouse stock on a regular basis
- Prepare, pack, and label products for UK and international shipping
- Ensure safe and professional packaging for: Direct-to-consumer orders; Gallery and museum deliveries
- Coordinate deliveries and collections with galleries and institutional partners
- Book shipments with courier services and manage delivery schedules
- Deliver packed parcels to nearby courier drop-off points when required
- Keep clear records of outgoing shipments and stock movement
- Flag any issues related to stock, packaging, or logistics to the team
