We are excited to be recruiting Local Engagement Specialists for Touring Together, a new national touring programme led by China Plate and Fuel. We are looking for people based in Leeds, Oxford and Northampton who know their local communities and love connecting people through conversation, creativity and shared experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with community groups
  • Helping new audiences feel welcome in theatre
  • Shaping engagement and tailored communications around bold, contemporary touring productions

Details:

  • April 2026 – early 2028
  • Freelance | £150 per day
  • Flexible time commitment across three years
