We’re looking for a marketing & content intern to help us keep our newsletter and social channels running smoothly, as well as supporting us with some operations around events and mentoring programmes.
THE ROLE
You’ll work closely with the founder to primarily support the newsletter and social media. This is a part‑time, paid internship ideal for someone organised, proactive and genuinely interested in creative careers, content and community. You will be someone who LOVES content, social media and marketing, dives into tools, trends and likes to turn complex ideas into digestible formats.
What you’ll be doing
- Sorting and organizing relevant jobs, opportunities and resources for our newsletter.
- Checking links, dates and basic details so everything is accurate and live.
- Social media - Turning newsletter items and other themes into content for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Operations - Support with email admin, and mentoring set up.
- Keeping content docs, links and assets tidy and easy to find.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have strong attention to detail – you notice typos, broken links and messy formatting without being told.
- Are organised and like making information clear and easy to follow.
- Are familiar with Instagram, Substack, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, and have a feel for what works on each.
- Have used tools such as Adobe Express, Capcut or similar, Canva etc.
- Are proactive – you’re comfortable figuring things out, asking smart questions and suggesting improvements.
