Overview: What will you be doing? If you're obsessed with all things digital, love diving into data, and want to help big brands smash their advertising goals, this role is for you. You'll be helping to deliver best-in-class retail media campaigns — from activation to optimisation to performance analysis — for some seriously exciting clients. After your onboarding, you'll get hands-on managing the day-to-day of client campaigns across platforms like Amazon Ads, Epsilon Retail Media, and Criteo. Expect to learn fast, experiment often, and play a key part in how brands show up (and win) online.
Responsibilities:
- Launching and optimising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Criteo and Epsilon.
- Analysing performance data to spot trends and opportunities.
- Creating reports and dashboards to show campaign results.
- Supporting on media plans, forecasts and strategic recommendations.
- Learning how bookings, reconciliations and billing work.
- Presenting performance updates to clients on video calls.
- Supporting directors with reviews, case studies and pitches.
- Joining regular training sessions to grow your retail media skills.
- Working with partners like Amazon, Criteo, Sainsbury's and Tesco to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Someone who's comfortable working with numbers and using Excel.
- Clear and confident communication, both in writing and when speaking to clients.
- Able to stay organised and handle a busy workload.
- Keen to learn new tools and keep up with what's happening in the industry.
- An interest in how online advertising works — things like clicks, costs, and results (don't worry if you're not an expert yet).
