We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content & Marketing Manager to join our team in London. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves social media, photography, storytelling, nature, art, design and creating content that people want to engage with.
You will be responsible for managing our Instagram and TikTok channels, producing short form video content, photographing products, creating newsletters and supporting wider marketing initiatives. You will also work closely with our external social media advertising agency and create digital marketing materials for our sales team. As part of a small team, you will have the opportunity to help shape the voice and visual identity of a growing international brand. Open to talent with 0-3+ years of experience.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok channels
- Plan, create and publish social media content
- Produce reels, stories and short form video content
- Photograph products and create lifestyle imagery
- Edit photos and videos using Adobe Creative Cloud
- Write engaging captions, articles and social media copy
- Create and send customer newsletters
- Create digital marketing materials for the sales team
- Work with our external social media advertising agency
- Assist with marketing campaigns and product launches
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain a consistent and high quality brand presence across all channels
- Attend a weekly meeting with the founder to review content, ideas and marketing strategy
- You genuinely love social media and content creation
- You have a strong interest in nature and trees
- You appreciate great design and visual storytelling
- You are an excellent photographer with strong product photography skills
- You are confident creating and editing video content
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
- You are an excellent writer and communicator
- You are organised, proactive and full of ideas
- You enjoy working in a small creative team
- Experience working with design, lifestyle, nature or outdoor brands
- Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms
- Graphic design experience
