Bring Ideas to Life: Conceiving ideas, concepts, develop final promotion/designs, work with others and coordinate in the creation of multifaceted communication materials across all mediums.
Design Across Platforms: Creating and/or modifying existing graphic elements for shows, logos, key visuals, marketing materials, as well as animations for promos and other video formats including digital.
Collaborate Proactively: Work hand-in-hand with Designers, Creatives, and Producers to ensure cohesive storytelling and design consistency across all outputs.
Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry, kids market and social media trends, bringing fresh ideas that push the boundaries of broadcast and digital design.
Brand Guardianship: Understanding channels and brands identities and ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
Adapt and Deliver: Efficiently manage multiple projects, maintaining high-quality work even under tight deadlines.
Skills / Experience
- You have a creative flair and a natural eye for design and a strong creative sensibility that brings fresh, impactful ideas to life.
- Entry level to 2 years experience working in the graphics area ideally in the media industry or within an advertising, creative, or digital agency.
- A strong portfolio/reel showcasing solid motion and design skillsets.
- You have strong technical expertise and skills in relevant software (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- You are a 360° thinker with the ability to integrally assist in the ideation and executions of campaigns across multiple platforms and media touchpoints.
- You have a keen interest in media trends and a passion for innovative, cutting-edge design.
- You love delivering original and effective creative solutions that meet objectives on time and on budget.
- You have the ability to interrogate and interpret marketing and creative briefs to produce outstanding results.
- Experience with kids content is a plus.
- Fluent in English (proficiency in other European/EMEA language is a bonus).
- Clear and confident presentation skills to communicate ideas and concepts effectively.
