This role is best suited to a warm, proactive person who is eager to learn about communications, social media and PR. We’re a small team and enjoy a collaborative day to day. We are looking for a good egg willing to learn and take direction, but equally bring their own knowledge and style.

Responsibilities:

  • Support with day-to-day content creation and social media activities (drafting posts, preparing calendars, creating short form video content of our beautiful office)
  • Supporting the account teams in preparing briefing notes, meeting agendas, and image database management
  • Managing our studio booking platform and liaising with photographers using the space for shoots
  • Monitoring all forms of media including newspapers, magazines, broadcast and digital, and creating thorough coverage reports
  • Preparation of agendas and reports for client meetings
  • Supporting in the lead-up to client events and press launches, attending and assisting on-site where appropriate
  • Researching key industry intelligence and competitor news

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, 09:00 – 17:30, 2 days on site in the Shoreditch office
  • Interest across design, architecture, style, interiors, and hospitality
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office and Google Drive Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential
  • Proven content creation experience, please include short form video links in your application
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal, in-person and online)
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to excel at working in a fast-paced environment, with previous experience working in an office environment preferable
  • Positive attitude, and keen willingness to learn
