Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Audience Development Officer to join our Communications Team, part time, for 3 days a week. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead on managing our CRM system, ensuring our data is up-to-date and segmented.
Working closely with our Head of Marketing & Communications, you will help to develop customer relationships, streamline business processes, enhance our digital presence, provide valuable insights through data analysis and drive efficient use of our audience information across the organisation.

Job Requirements
Essential:
- Experience of using a CRM (GoodCRM is preferred but not required) and can analyse data
- Experience of using Google Suite or equivalent
- Strong organisational skils
- Strong written communication skills
- Attention to detail and can do attitude to working to tight deadlines
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset

- Experience with website management and digital content creation
- Confidence to engage with programme participants
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage our new CRM system to track, analyse, and enhance audience engagement for touring, talent programmes, commission work and music releases
- Develop targeted audience segmentation and personalised communication strategies with the Communications team
- Monitor and provide insight on audience behaviour, campaign performance, and analytics
- Craft engaging and relevant content for newsletters, emails, and other communications
- Oversee website updates and ensure content is up-to-date
- Gather feedback through surveys and polls to inform strategy
- Support the delivery of events, campaigns, and special projects
- Stay informed about emerging trends in CRM management, audience engagement, and digital marketing
- Build and maintain relationships with audiences and partners
- Support in the creation & promotion of content
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns
- Support reporting and evaluation of projects for funders
- Ensure that all data is stored in a GDPR compliant manner
