Supervisor (20 hours)
Join to apply for the Supervisor role at Creative Lifestyle CIC. This 20‑hour contract is based at The Entertainer, Solihull Jubilee Walk. As a Supervisor you will be a role model for Sales Assistants, support the management team with key holder responsibilities, and run the store independently on days off, holidays and Tesco store visits.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store, run the store successfully in the absence of the Store management across all days, including Sundays on a rota basis.
- Organise and supervise daily tasks.
- Demonstrate an exceptional customer service experience and inspire your team to do the same.
- Maintain stock areas, control faulty goods and handle deliveries.
- Work in your designated Tesco space as and when required.
Qualifications
- Flexible approach to working hours and a commitment to help us resource the store effectively.
- Enthusiastic about a retail career, having had valuable supervisory experience or gained extra responsibilities in a Sales Assistant role within a fast‑paced retail environment.
