We are looking for energetic and hard‑working Seasonal Sales Assistants to join The Entertainer team. As a Tesco Seasonal Sales Assistant, you will work with a small team to look after the toy aisles in our unique Entertainer branded space. Your key duties include delivering a great shopping experience for customers, keeping the shelves full and priced, merchandising stock, replenishing the department, pricing and implementing promotions, and confidently answering any toy‑related questions with your toy knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchandising, handling deliveries, replenishing stock and price management
- Start‑of‑shift bay checks for pricing, stock gaps and recovering general standards
- Replenishment of section, maintaining cleanliness and good organisation
- Maintain good communication with colleagues and Line Manager
- Acknowledge customers in the aisles, make conversation and encourage a sale using toy knowledge
- Look after the toy aisles in the Entertainer branded space at the Tesco Superstore
Key Information About This Role
- Working Hours – Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, between 8 am and 7 pm required.
- Contracted weekly hours available – 12 hours per week.
- Shift patterns and days will vary but will be notified in advance.
- Opportunity for extra hours depending on trade.
Rates Of Pay
- 16–20 year olds – £11.00 per hour
- 21‑year‑old and above – £12.21 per hour
Contract end date: 3 January 2026.
