The Role We are looking for a motivated and reliable Metal Joining Operative to join our manufacturing team.

The successful candidate will be involved in precision metal joining processes, producing high-quality components and assemblies to exact customer specifications.

Key

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Prepare and clean components prior to joining processes.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements.
  • Complete manufacturing documentation and job records accurately.
  • Work in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, including AS9100 requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Support continuous improvement activities within the department. Skills & Experience Desirable experience includes:
  • Previous experience in welding, brazing, soldering or precision assembly
  • Expe. rience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
