Creative Instrumentation are recruiting a Materials Handler to work within our team. As a business we work within a variety of sectors including Aerospace, Medical, Oil & Gas and Defence as a sub-contractor for some of the leading companies in their given field. The role of the Materials Handler is to receive stock into the business through to dispatching of parts to our customer base.
- To control stock from both goods inwards and outgoing products including documentation, initial inspection and general stock control.
- Check goods coming in against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Enter delivery notes accurately onto company database.
- Liaise with Purchasing, Production and Account managers to ensure stock has been received and allocated to the right location.
- Issue stock parts to the workshop.
- To accurately pick stock items in accordance with the outgoing paperwork ensuring conformance to the customer’s requirements.
- Dispatch all outward going parts using the specified courier services with all paperwork complete.
- Occasional van driving to collect and pick up parts.

- Current Fork Lift Licence (Desirable)
- Computer Literate
- Must be organised with good attention to detail.
- Current Driving License (Essential)
