Our cafés are known for their home-baked treats, made freshly in our own kitchens every day. Responsible to Group Operations Manager. Creative Gardens Cafes are famous for their homemade scones, desserts and traybakes. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Manager to oversee operations within our new Bakehouse in Newtownards. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring quality standards, product quality, food safety, and compliance are consistently maintained across all operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Plan, organise, and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with off site Group Team and onsite Head Baker to meet overall production goals and maintain workflow continuity.
  • Creating the weekly production plan.
  • Coordinating orders from each café and shop location.
  • Staffing rotas and labour planning.
  • Dispatch coordination to 4 locations.
  • Stock movement and inventory oversight.
  • Labelling, allergen compliance, traceability.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards.
