We are looking for an Online Retail Assistant to join our team based at our Logwood location in Ballyclare. The role will be focussed on supporting the continued growth of our online sales business. This is a permanent position, with contracted hours negotiable between 32-40 hours per week so could suit someone looking for part time or full time work. Working week will be Monday - Friday. The rate of pay is £13.85 per hour.

You will be required to support the day-to-day running of our online retail operations, including website product management, online order fulfilment and customer service. Duties will include:

  • Adding and maintaining products on our website, including descriptions, imagery and product information
  • Managing website promotions, offers and linked sales opportunities
  • Processing daily online orders and arranging fulfilment through our own van from other centres, couriers or direct dispatch
  • Monitoring deliveries and dealing with customer queries relating to online orders
  • Liaising with couriers and suppliers to resolve delivery issues
  • Assisting with general website related operational duties as required
