Creative Folkestone is an independent visionary arts charity dedicated to regenerating Folkestone through creative activities. Collaborating with the people of Folkestone, partners, and other stakeholders, we transform the town into a better place to live, work, visit, and study. We manage five key projects that significantly contribute to the creative transformation of Folkestone, including the Quarterhouse, Creative Quarter, Folkestone Artworks, Book Festival, and Folkestone Triennial. Our projects enhance the townscape, work and visitor economies, local education, health, and community development.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Creative Quarter Lettings Administrator located in Folkestone. The primary responsibilities include managing property lettings within the Creative Quarter, handling inquiries, processing tenancy agreements, maintaining records, and providing customer service to tenants. Additional tasks include coordinating with maintenance and accounts teams, ensuring properties are well-maintained, and assisting with promotional activities to attract and retain tenants.

Experience and Attributes
