Responsibilities
Ash Green School are seeking a confident, organised, and adaptable individual with a genuine interest in supporting students’ learning and development. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage student behaviour effectively, with a calm and professional approach.

- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience of delivering literacy and numeracy interventions successfully.
- Working knowledge of meeting the needs of young people with SEND and implementing strategies to support their development.
