Job Title: Student Services and Administrative Assistant

Salary: Actual salary £22,773 to £23,500 (NJC Grade C 4-6) per annum
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Part Time – 37 hours a week, term time plus inset days, plus 10 days across the holiday period (41 weeks per year).

About The Administration Team
The administrative team at Ellis Guilford Secondary School provides essential support to ensure the school runs smoothly and efficiently. They manage student records, attendance, and communication with parents and external agencies. The team handles key compliance tasks, safeguarding documentation, and supports behaviour management policy and procedure. They work face to face with students supporting their welfare needs. By coordinating day‑to‑day operations and supporting staff and students, the admin team plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe, organised, and effective learning environment.

Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C and above or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
