About The Senior Leadership Department
Our Senior Leadership Team at Ellis Guilford School are a strong team of talented professionals who are passionate about creating an inspiring, positive and safe environment for our children. Under the guidance of the Principal, Miss Gemma Johnson, we are fortunate to have a highly dedicated staff of over 180 adults that care for our children and work relentlessly to provide an excellent standard of education.

We are looking for an ‘EGSceptional’ Assistant Principal who will bring an unwavering commitment to our journey of ‘EGScellence’. You will lead a positive school culture of high performance, high achievement, and inspire our staff and children to uphold our school values of ambition, integrity and respect.
